Return/Cancelation Policy:

Once you place an order for a personalized item, that order cannot be canceled.

We only offer high quality gifts and take great pride in what we sell. We are certain that you will love these personal and unique gifts as much as we do. Please contact us immediately if there are any problems with your order.

Personalized items are considered custom and cannot be returned unless there was an error on our part. In that case we will replace the item with the corrections made.

For all non-personalized items, we will accept returns within 15 days of receipt. We will credit your original method of payment as long as the item has not been used. To return an item, please call or email us to obtain a return authorization number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We will accept authorized returns as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging. We will notify you of your credit once we receive and process your returned item.

Personalization:

Adding personalization to a gift is sure to make it a special and lasting one. Below are some tips on ordering personalized items.

A monogram is when the first letter of the last name is placed in the center, the first letter of the first name is on the left and the first letter of the middle name is on the right. For example Susan Ann Miller would be SMA. We ask that you place initials exactly as you would like them monogrammed. For a couple monogram such as John and Susan Miller the monogram would be SMJ, with the first letter of the woman's first name followed by the first letter of the last name and then the first letter of the man's first name.

For a block font or an old english font where all letters are the same size, you enter your initials in the following order: first middle and then last.

When ordering an item personalized using the stacked font, enter your initials as follows: Top left, Bottom left, then large right initial.

Sales Tax:

We only charge sales tax on orders in the state of North Carolina. All other states are exempt.
