PSA Essentials new Peel & Stick technology allows custom stamp dies to be interchanged over and over again with these fun design packs. Included in the Hello Kitty® Garden design pack are 9 design centers and 1 outer ring. The peel & stick designs work with any PSA Essentials custom stamp purchased after July 1, 2009 (Personalized, Collegiate, Initials, & Blank Stamp Bodies). If you don't already own a custom PSA Essentials stamp and want to use the Hello Kitty® Garden design pack, a blank stamp body (which comes with the alignment tool) can be purchased.
